​Core values serve as the guiding principles that underpin the organization’s culture. They provide guidance on interpersonal relationships, foster trust, enhance efficiency, and ultimately influence the overall success and reputation. Below are the core values.​

  1. Appreciation: We acknowledge and appreciate one another's contributions by expressing gratitude clearly and meaningfully.

  2. Accountability: We take responsibility for the duties we have accepted. We hold each other accountable in all aspects of our work.

  3. Communication: We promote a culture of transparency, respect, and openness in all interactions.

  4. Integrity: We ensure that our attitudes, words, and actions are rooted in genuine intent rather than pretense.

Faith Statement

  1. We believe in the divine inspiration and infallibility of the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and practice.

  2. We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons—Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.

  3. We believe in the sovereignty of God in creation, revelation, redemption, and final judgment.

  4. We believe in the divine nature of Jesus Christ. He was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is true God and true man.

  5. We believe Jesus Christ lived among us, suffered at the hands of men, was crucified, died, and was buried as a sacrifice for the sins of all human beings.

  6. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His ascension into heaven, and in His present life and ministry in heaven as our High Priest and Advocate.

  7. We believe that mankind was created by God in His own image. But because of Adam’s sin, everyone inherits a corrupt nature, and all human beings are born with a sinful nature.

  8. We believe that the Church is the visible body of the Lord Jesus Christ on earth and is called to be His witnesses.

  9. We believe that all who by faith receive the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God.

  10. We believe that the Holy Spirit lives within believers, gives strength to live a godly life, and empowers all believers to be witnesses to the hope they have in Jesus Christ.

  11. We believe in the blessed hope, the personal return of Jesus Christ to receive His believers in the everlasting blessedness, and the unrepentant in the everlasting punishment.

Joe Duthie started his journey as an evangelist in 1995. Since then, he traveled, trained, and ministered in North India, Asia, and different parts of the world. In 2004, he was challenged by a group of people about the corruption, injustice, power politics, casteism, and racism within the church. This led him to take a deep look at the state of the church, the only visible Body of Christ. Challenged by Acts 1:8, he realized the pressing need for Spirit-empowered witnesses. He began speaking at conferences, organizing seminars, and training programs to mobilize and equip Christians as witnesses. Initially, it was called PX—Pursuit of Excellence for the Master's use. Beginning in 2008, he started self-mentoring groups in different cities, connecting Christians to walk along and help each other in this process. It was later called CtW—Called to Work. He used printed materials to help Christians develop a lifestyle of witnessing. In 2011, this growing movement was called CAN—Christian Ambassadors Network. In 2020, he stepped aside as international director of Ambassadors for Christ International to focus on CAN's work: mobilizing and equipping Christians to be fruitful witnesses.

History
